Jessica Boweak, Show Manager
Jessica has been in the show business for more than 14 years, she has worked for us as a Sales Manager and Show Manager for the last 8 of those years. She currently oversees all of the show management for the Oklahoma City Home & Garden Show, the OKC Home Show and the Des Moines Home & Garden Show. Jessica played an integral role in the development of Home & Garden Shows in the Minneapolis, Oklahoma City and Phoenix markets. Her efforts have earned her shows' awards such as the 10 Great Places to Dig a Spring Flower Show from USA today and the Show Features/Special Events award of Merit from NACS. Jessica's background is in Interior Design which provides her a unique perspective on not just making a show work, but having a beautiful show work well.

Shannon Nathe, Exhibit Sales Consultant
Shannon is responsible for all exhibit sales and customer service for the Des Moines Home & Garden Show. With over 14 years sales experience, Shannon's success is attributed to learning her client's objectives and providing them the product most beneficial for their business. Shannon previously worked 11 years for the Minneapolis NBC affiliate and most recently was the Account Executive for Clear Channel Radio selling on-air advertising, on-line advertising and sponsorship programs.

Jodi comes to Marketplace Events with 11 years of customer service experience including 18 months in the Phoenix market with the show's previous owner, dmg world media. Her dedication to customer service and organization shines through while at the office and on show site. She oversees the administrative needs for the Des Moines Home & Garden Show, as well as both Oklahoma City shows.

Dan DeJaeger, Marketing Manager, US
Dan plays a vital role in the marketing of all consumer marketing initiatives for 21 shows in the U.S. which involves the management of all creative elements. Dan started with the company as a Marketing Intern in June 2007 and quickly became an integral part of successful marketing initiatives. He currently leads the consumer marketing initiatives for 8 U.S. shows. Dan was also involved in the successful launch of Marketplace Events shows in Cleveland, Dallas and Denver.
