3. Exhibitor Move In

 

Monday, February 6th          12:00pm - 6:00 pm
Tuesday, February 7th          8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Wednesday, February 8th     8:00 am - 8:00 pm - HOURS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Booths that are in front of or close to the move-in doors or a major feature may need to adhere to a specific allotted time slot. Affected exhibitors will be notified in advance.

WALLET CARDS - These may be picked up in the Show Management Office (East Wall of Hy-Vee Hall)
WILL CALL - Show office may be used as a will-call service for employees to pick-up or drop-off wallet cards.
